The Kansas Supreme Court has settled voting district maps in time for the upcoming elections just the way Republicans in the Kansas Legislature drew them, and George Soros is not happy about it.
You can tell it by the hair-on-fire, end-of-the world wailing by Soros’ dark money-funded media shills at The Kansas Reflector and other pouting Leftists in his national network of so-called media organizations, whose job since 2016 has been to blend in to the media landscape in multiple states, attack traditional American values, and help turn you Left.
In a nutshell, the fops at the Reflector are beside themselves that Kansas voters support a Republican Legislature and appreciate the way it’s protecting the state from the disasters we see in Democrat-run states. And they’re probably a little concerned that failing in their mission might convince Soros and the other far-left money bags hidden by multiple generations of 501(c)(3)s to pull the plug and find more effective ways to spend their dark money.
But since Soros’ big win with the defrocking of Donald Trump in 2020, Democrats and liberals have mucked things up so bad there’s just no way to spin news stories to make them look like they know what they’re doing. The outcomes we’re watching make it apparent there’s no way to paint big government, liberal initiatives and good old-fashioned Socialism like they’re all rainbows and butterflies. It’s not just in Kansas but nationwide – sheer political incompetence and inability at the state and national level is leading Liberals to a shellacking in November the likes of which has only been matched by Wile E. Coyote staring at the headlight in the train tunnel.
Last week’s confirmation by the Kansas Supreme Court of newly redrawn congressional district maps is just the latest in a string of losses for liberals in the media who support the Joe Biden debacle. Kansas Liberals are terrified their Biden Agenda Lone Ranger –Sharice Davids in the 3rd District is the only Democrat in the Kansas congressional delegation – will get the boot in November after legislators moved part of Wyandotte County out of the district due to population growth in Johnson County.
There’s no doubt that there are a million ways to divide population among districts. Did political influence enter into Republicans’ decision? Of course – just like parties in power everywhere have always done during redistricting. In the immortal words of Barack Obama back in 2009 to Republicans in Congress regarding his economic agenda (notably a precursor for the Biden disaster) – Obama quipped “elections have consequences.” In other words: Tough luck buddy, I won. Get over it.
In the 3rd District the change may in fact be inconsequential. Much of the Johnson County growth in head count is young liberals, so Davids has a great chance of retaining her seat anyway. But who can blame Republicans in the Legislature for trying? Davids may be a nice person and a fine kickboxer, but she is a consistent vote for the Joe Biden agenda that’s proved a disaster for the country and put his job approval rating in the upper 30 percentage points.
For Liberals, the futurescape is a bleak one on nearly all fronts. Biden’s mess, combined with the residual effects of the Black Lives Matter riots across the country in 2020 and parents’ new viewpoint on public education after witnessing it in their kids’ online classes during Covid, have illuminated the negative outcomes of a liberal agenda in action.
And the hits just keep coming. The U.S. Supreme Court is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade and allow about half the state legislatures in the country to enact more restrictions on abortion. In Kansas and elsewhere, state legislatures are standing up against the farce of transgenderism by banning or attempting to ban men from competing in women’s sports. Kansas and other states have passed laws banning “sanctuary cities” that give local protections to illegal immigrants. Americans are chagrined that the federal government refuses to protect the country from an invasion of criminals at our southern border. Spiking inflation driven by off-the-rails government Covid spending and record high gasoline prices steal income daily from every American. And the voters? Polls say they’re putting the blame where it belongs.
The current American mood and upcoming probable election outcomes are far from what the leftist funding organization Arabella Advisors and Soros had in mind when they and others dreamed up and bankrolled the string of non-profits that eventually birthed the Kansas Reflector and similar Leftist mouthpiece “news services” in more than 20 states after Trump won in 2016. This strategy to sway these states to the Left no doubt cost a bunch of dough.
That’s a lot of money going to a lot of biased reporters and editorialists with very little to show for it now. Such an investment gone sour must have Soros and crew wondering if there are more cost effective ways to try to destroy America.
